Feature additions

Nuts node v6 brings a set of changes that provide improved functionality over already existing features. Note that existing functionality can still be used.

The main goals of the v6 feature additions are:

• Aligning with industry standards (OpenID4VP, DID methods) and EU initiates (ARF) for compatibility
• Improving operations by providing a web-based alternative to the gRPC network

These goals translate to the following added features:

• Support creating and resolving did:web as alternative for did:nuts
• Addition of the "Discovery Service", an address book for use case participants, a safer, more flexible alternative to the gRPC network-based solution of publishing credentials as means of advertising care organizations.
• Support for OpenID4VP as standardized alternative to the Yivi/EmployeeID user authentication flow.
• Support for OpenID4VCI as standardized alternative for issuing credentials to the Nuts node wallet
