 The URA-number is issued by a public organization (CIBG) 
 The URA-number is cryptographically verifiable because it is contained in a PKI-certificate (UZI-servercertificaat, CPS: https://www.uziregister.nl/over-het-register/certificeringsbeleid/archief-certification-practice-statement)
